This marks his first new release in approximately nine months since his mini-album 'I LIKE THE WAY'.

'5AM' features a romantic acoustic guitar at its core, complemented by sweet band sounds and warm brass elements, creating a medium-tempo pop track. The song captures a conversation on a snowy dawn, where the singer reflects on shared moments and confidently expresses his feelings for his partner.

Last year, Kim Woo-jin made a significant mark as a solo artist with the release of his mini-album 'I LIKE THE WAY' under the production label Kustomade of Creation Music Rights (KMR). He showcased his versatility across various genres, including pop, R&B, afrobeats, and ballads, while also writing most of the lyrics and participating in song selection and mood creation, demonstrating his musical talent.
