Kim Wan-sun Shares Her Unique Kimbap Recipe for Weight Loss
Singer Kim Wan-sun (김완선) has revealed her personal kimbap recipe that aids in weight loss. On July 25, her channel 'Kim Wan-sun TV' featured a video titled 'Wan-sun's Secret to a Healthy Body! Can You Eat a Lot Without Gaining Weight? 5-Minute Vegetable Kimbap.' In the video, she stated, 'I feel like I've been eating this for a month. It's delicious and helps reduce body fat. After eating it for two weeks, I checked my body composition and saw a decrease in body fat.'
She further explained, 'Even athletes who train for four hours a day can't lose weight this quickly. When I showed them what I eat, they were amazed and said they would try making it themselves.' This dish has even caught the attention of fitness instructors.
Kim shared that she has been eating this diet kimbap long before it became a trend on social media, introducing ingredients such as kimbap seaweed, rice paper, vegetables, Cheongyang peppers, and perilla leaves. She then started making kimbap without rice, recommending it by saying, 'You can eat as much as you want,' and 'You won't gain weight even if you eat it at midnight.'
Additionally, Kim Wan-sun has garnered attention for maintaining a consistent weight of 46 kg since her debut.
