Kim Tae-ho Returns to MBC with New Show Featuring G-Dragon

Kim Tae-ho, the renowned producer behind the hit MBC variety show Infinite Challenge (무한도전), is reportedly making a comeback to MBC with a new program alongside G-Dragon, the leader of the iconic K-pop group BIGBANG. On December 11, 2024, an MBC entertainment representative confirmed that they are positively considering the new show tentatively titled 'GD and Friends' (GD와 친구들).

After leaving MBC in December 2021 after two decades, Kim Tae-ho established his own production company, TEO, and has since produced various shows including Earth Monopoly World Travel (지구마불 세계여행), Seoul Check-In (서울체크인), and Dance Singer Wandering Troupe (댄스가수 유랑단).

The upcoming program, which has been generating buzz on social media, is expected to feature G-Dragon and various guests in a reality format. If the show is officially scheduled, it is anticipated to air in 2025, marking Kim Tae-ho's return to MBC after four years away. Fans are eagerly awaiting this collaboration, especially given G-Dragon's previous appearances on Infinite Challenge during its peak.
