Kim Soo-hyun's Agency Responds to New Allegations Involving Late Actress Kim Sae-ron

On March 11, 2025, Kim Soo-hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, announced that they are currently discussing their response to new allegations made by the YouTube channel 'Garosero Research Institute' regarding the late actress Kim Sae-ron. A representative from Gold Medalist stated, "We are reviewing the live broadcast from 'Garosero Research Institute' and are in discussions about our response. There is no official statement at this time," while adding that they would provide information as soon as it is organized.
That evening, 'Garosero Research Institute' released text messages and photos from Kim Sae-ron's family, which included a message where she pleaded for help from Kim Soo-hyun regarding a 700 million KRW compensation claim from her agency. Notably, she wrote, "Please save me," which drew significant attention.
The released photos showed Kim Soo-hyun receiving a kiss from Kim Sae-ron, which has sparked controversy. The family claims that this photo was taken on the same day Kim Sae-ron posted and later deleted a photo with Kim Soo-hyun on social media. At the time of the kiss, Kim Sae-ron was in her third year of middle school, just 15 years old, adding to the shock of the situation.
Recently, 'Garosero Research Institute' has been airing critical broadcasts about Kim Soo-hyun based on information from Kim Sae-ron's family. They allege that Kim Soo-hyun had been in a relationship with Kim Sae-ron for six years, starting when she was a minor, and that he distanced himself from her following her DUI incident, demanding a large compensation.
In response, Gold Medalist firmly denied these claims, labeling them as "clear falsehoods" and stated they are considering the strongest legal actions possible. They expressed their sorrow over Kim Sae-ron's passing and criticized the spread of false information, likening it to the cyberbullying she faced during her life. They urged for an end to the dissemination of such baseless rumors.
