Kim Soo-hyun to Address Recent Controversies in Press Conference

Actor Kim Soo-hyun is set to speak out regarding recent controversies in a press conference scheduled for March 31 at 4:30 PM in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Both Kim and attorney Kim Jong-bok from the law firm Gold Medalist, which represents him, will be present.
Gold Medalist issued a statement on March 30, expressing regret for any distress caused by recent events and announcing the press conference to clarify their position. They emphasized that there will be no Q&A session following the statement.
The controversy began when the YouTube channel 가로세로연구소 (Garo Sero Research Institute) claimed that the late Kim Sae-ron had been in a relationship with Kim Soo-hyun since her minor years and alleged that she experienced psychological distress after receiving a demand for repayment of 700 million KRW from Gold Medalist. The family of Kim Sae-ron is reportedly seeking an apology from both Gold Medalist and Kim Soo-hyun, as well as from YouTuber Lee Jin-ho.
Kim Soo-hyun's team confirmed that while he did date Kim Sae-ron, they did not begin their relationship while she was a minor, and they provided a detailed explanation regarding the repayment notice. However, Garo Sero continues to release private photos, videos, and letters related to the two.
Additionally, Kim Soo-hyun's agency has filed a complaint against Garo Sero, Kim Sae-ron's family, and an individual claiming to be her aunt for violations related to sexual violence laws.
Moreover, Kim Soo-hyun is facing demands for clarification from the family of the late Sulli, as her brother has raised concerns about explicit scenes in the film 'Real,' claiming that he was pressured to perform high-level exposure despite the presence of a body double.
Due to the ongoing controversies, Kim Soo-hyun has canceled a fan meeting scheduled in Taiwan and indefinitely postponed the release of the Disney+ original series 'Knock Off.'
