Kim Na-young Praises Gong Hyo-jin and Kevin Oh's Unique Home on 'Home Alone'

In the latest episode of MBC's entertainment show 'Home Alone' (구해줘 홈즈), aired on December 19, Kim Na-young highlighted the colorful and distinctive home of actress Gong Hyo-jin and her husband, singer Kevin Oh, as one of the most impressive she has seen.

Kim Na-young, who often shares her own home decor tips on her YouTube channel, received compliments for her interior design skills. Fellow cast member Kim Sook inquired about how to stylishly decorate a home for children. Kim Na-young shared her philosophy, advising against over-purchasing toys for kids, which sparked laughter among the group as they joked about ignoring children's preferences in favor of adult aesthetics. She explained that she prefers to borrow toys and return them once the children outgrow them.

When asked about the most memorable home she has encountered, Kim Na-young pointed to Gong Hyo-jin's vibrant residence, which she described as magazine-worthy. She expressed her delight in unique homes, stating, 'I find unusual houses very fun.'

Earlier this year, a video titled 'Gong Hyo-jin's Home Revealed! Interior Sense Beyond Fashion' was released on Kim Na-young's YouTube channel, featuring Gong Hyo-jin as the eighth guest on the show 'Knock Knock.' In the video, Gong Hyo-jin shared that her home was originally her personal space, which was transformed by close friends into a newlywed home. She humorously noted, 'My real newlywed home is in the U.S.; this is just where I used to live.'

Gong Hyo-jin married Kevin Oh, who is ten years her junior, in October 2022 in New York City. Kevin Oh, a Korean-American, enlisted in the South Korean army in December 2022, despite not being obligated to serve, which garnered significant attention.
