Kim Nam-gil and Lee Ha-nee Go Undercover in 'Hot Blooded Priest 2'

In the latest episode of SBS's drama 'Hot Blooded Priest 2' aired on December 6, 2024, Kim Nam-gil's character, Kim Hae-il, infiltrates the hideout of Kim Hong-sik aboard a boat. Previously, Kim Hae-il was attacked by Kim Hong-sik's gang and left bleeding, leading to his hospitalization. The doctor informed that he was in a deep sleep due to sedatives and would wake up soon, while his colleague Han Seong-kyu expressed concern over his condition, revealing that Kim Hae-il suffers from multiple sclerosis, a fact that shocked his close associates.

Meanwhile, Lee Ha-nee's character, Park Kyung-sun, attempted to enter Nam Du-heon's secret hideout but was incapacitated by an electric shock device used by Officer Kim. At the same time, Nam Du-heon learned of Kim Hong-sik's attack on the Busan seminary and confronted him, expressing his anger over the reckless actions that could lead to chaos.

Kim Hong-sik dismissed Nam Du-heon's concerns, leading to a tense exchange between the two. Nam Du-heon warned Kim Hong-sik to remember the essence of their operations and to handle matters properly, hinting at the potential fallout from their actions.

As the plot thickens, the undercover team consisting of Gu Dae-young, Gu Ja-young, Oh Yo-han, and Song Sak found themselves in a precarious situation aboard the boat. Kim Hong-sik, after killing an intruder, turned his attention to the four, but a conversation about Dae-young's scar led to a moment of recognition, allowing them to escape.

In a parallel storyline, the awakened Go Marta, now leading the investigation, began working directly with Kim Hae-il and Chae Do-woo to tackle drug-related crimes. Park Kyung-sun approached Kim Hong-sik, insisting she would not leave despite the impending danger, emphasizing her commitment to the cause.

The episode also revealed the true identity of Yeolbinga, who is actually a police officer from the Chungnam Police Agency's drug investigation unit, living undercover for four years without any records of his existence.

In a dramatic twist, disguised as a shaman, Gu Jang-young pretended to appease the spirits while leading the team into the drug manufacturing facility, calling for Kim Hae-il and Park Kyung-sun to join them in their mission.
