Kim Nam-gil and Lee Ha-nee Escape Crisis in 'Hot Blooded Priest 2'

In the latest episode of SBS's drama 'Hot Blooded Priest 2' aired on December 20, Kim Nam-gil (김남길) and Lee Ha-nee (이하늬) found themselves rescued from a dire situation thanks to Baek Ji-won (백지원) and Jeon Sung-woo (전성우). The episode depicted a tense moment where Kim Hae-il (김해일) was about to take his own life under the threat posed by Kim Hong-sik (성준). As he aimed a gun at his own head, Park Kyung-sun (박경선) desperately pleaded, "I really hate feeling uneasy for the rest of my life. Don’t do it, Kim Hae-il, please!"

Despite her pleas, Kim Hae-il responded, "The unease will fade in a few years. Thank you all for everything so far," before being interrupted by Koo Dae-young (구대영), who warned, "Even if you die, Kim Hong-sik will still kill the prosecutor."

Determined, Kim Hae-il insisted, "Keep your promise, Kim Hong-sik," while Park Kyung-sun shouted, "No, don’t! If I die now, it will be considered murder, and I can go to heaven!" Just as Kim Hae-il was about to pull the trigger, Kim In-kyung (김인경) and Han Sung-kyu (한성규) arrived in the nick of time to save them. Following the rescue, Kim Hae-il taunted Kim Hong-sik, saying, "This is where the jokes end," prompting an enraged Kim Hong-sik to declare, "I’m taking my money and leaving this country right now."
