Kim Min-jong Surprises Fans by Mentioning Ex-Girlfriend Lee Seung-yeon

On December 23, 2024, during an episode of the YouTube channel 'A급 장영란', actor Kim Min-jong made headlines by referencing his former girlfriend, Lee Seung-yeon. While appearing as a guest, he stated, "I watched your YouTube, and I enjoyed the episode with Lee Seung-yeon," catching everyone off guard. Kim Min-jong and Lee Seung-yeon, who is four years his senior, were in a public relationship for six years before their breakup in 2001.

When host Jang Young-ran expressed surprise, suggesting they must have been close due to their concurrent careers, Kim Min-jong replied, "It’s not just about our work; we keep in touch through texts and calls." Jang Young-ran then asked if Lee Seung-yeon was a senior to him, to which he humorously responded, "She’s like an older sister. When I was younger, I liked older women.
