Kim Min-jae and Choi Yoo-ra Share Their Unique Wedding Story

On the January 13 episode of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2' (동상이몽 시즌2 너는 내 운명), Kim Min-jae (김민재) and Choi Yoo-ra (최유라) revealed that they did not hold a traditional wedding ceremony. After nine years of marriage, the couple donned wedding attire for the first time. Kim Min-jae explained that they chose not to have a wedding or exchange gifts, opting instead for couple rings featuring their birthstones and a modest celebration with close friends. He also surprised viewers by sharing that he has never attended an awards ceremony, despite receiving invitations. He mentioned, 'I have been invited but have never attended,' and noted that he has never won a supporting actor award, making his attendance at the SBS Entertainment Awards a first.

Commenting on this, Seo Jang-hoon (서장훈) joked, 'It seems like they might give you something if you show up.' Kim Sook (김숙) added humorously that Jo Woo-jong (조우종) also receives invitations but never attends, eliciting laughter from the audience.

As Kim Min-jae saw his wife in a dress for the first time in nine years, he stood up and applauded, while Choi Yoo-ra smiled shyly. Jo Woo-jong encouraged Kim Min-jae to react more, saying, 'You look stunning in that elegant and simple dress.' Kim Min-jae mimicked Jo Woo-jong's reaction, bringing more laughter to the group.

Jo Woo-jong then offered to take a photo of the couple, noting that they didn't have any wedding pictures. Kim Min-jae expressed his happiness, saying, 'I’m so glad you took our picture.'

Later, Jo Woo-jong's wife, Jeong Da-eun (정다은), appeared in a dress, mentioning it was the same one worn by Jang Won-young (장원영). Jo Woo-jong humorously questioned if it was appropriate, to which Jeong Da-eun replied she wanted to ask her husband for his opinion. Jo Woo-jong complimented his wife, saying, 'While Jang Won-young has her own charm, I think Jeong Da-eun is even more stunning,' which drew laughter from everyone.
