During the episode, Kim Jun-ho and his partner Kim Ji-min underwent a health check-up, where Kim Jun-ho received a concerning diagnosis of fatty liver disease. This revelation led the cast to express their worries, stating, "We wanted to show our commitment to marriage, but now we're more concerned about his health. If he knows about it, he needs to fix it."

Amidst this, Kim Jun-ho surprised everyone by planning a heartfelt proposal for Kim Ji-min during the broadcast. The proposal was a success, as he reminisced about their time together on the show Gag Concert (개그콘서트), creating a touching video that captured their shared memories. Kim Ji-min accepted the proposal, marking a significant milestone in their relationship after two and a half years of public dating.
