Kim Jong-min Explores Newlywed Homes on 'Bride Training'

In the latest episode of Channel A's reality show 'Bride Training' (신랑수업), aired on December 18, 2024, Kim Jong-min was seen embarking on a house-hunting tour with fellow Koyote member Baekga. During the episode, Kim expressed his concerns, stating, "I have a lot to do right now, and I should have looked into this earlier, but I really don't know anything about this area," as he sought Baekga's assistance in finding a newlywed home.

Kim explained, "Among my friends, Baekga is knowledgeable about real estate and financial investments. Wherever he goes becomes a hot spot, so I thought it would be reassuring to have him with me." When Baekga inquired about the type of home Kim was looking for, Kim humorously admitted, "I really don’t know." Despite this, Baekga probed further about villas, apartments, and single-family homes. Kim shared his thoughts, saying, "They say apartments are good for property value appreciation, but personally, I prefer villas or single-family homes. I’m thinking about the future, especially if I plan to have kids."
