Kim Il-woo Confesses Relationship with Park Sun-young on 'Current Men's Life: Groom Class'

In the latest episode of Channel A's variety show Current Men's Life: Groom Class (신랑수업), aired on December 11, 2024, Kim Il-woo publicly declared his relationship with Park Sun-young in front of citizens. The episode showcased their second date at Namsan, where they met in hiking attire and decided to do some light stretching before their hike. During the stretching session, Park Sun-young expressed concern for Kim Il-woo's back as he overexerted himself, to which he reassured her, saying, 'My back is completely fine,' and continued to demonstrate his flexibility, even performing sit-ups.

Kim Il-woo reminisced about a past moment on the show where they had a playful competition involving him lifting her, but Park Sun-young couldn't recall it, leaving him feeling a bit disappointed. After completing their couple stretches, they began their hike, during which Kim Il-woo's shoelaces came undone. Park Sun-young knelt down to tie them, drawing attention.

Kim Il-woo shared that witnessing an elderly couple at the beach, where the husband tied his wife's shoelaces, inspired him to think about growing old together in a similar way. He expressed that having someone tie his shoelaces felt strange, as it was a first for him.

Upon reaching the top of Namsan, the couple enjoyed a cozy moment on a bench, sharing bread and milk tea. As they prepared to leave, passersby complimented them, saying they looked good together. In a bold move, Kim Il-woo declared, 'Let’s date!' to which Park Sun-young playfully asked, 'Can you take responsibility, oppa?' He responded with a smile, affirming their budding romance.
