In the opening segment, she likened the feeling of disorientation from change to the seasickness experienced by those accustomed to the motion of a boat. She expressed that adapting to change often involves discomfort but ultimately leads to growth.

Kim Eana shared her personal struggles, stating, "I have my days where I feel overwhelmed and lost. Yet, knowing that there are people who listen to my stories at night has saved me countless times." This heartfelt comment came after she read a listener's message about finding comfort in her show.

The controversy surrounding Kim Eana arose after it was revealed that she had previously used phrases linked to 'Ilbe,' including derogatory terms about women and former President Moon Jae-in. Following the backlash, a netizen questioned her on social media about her views on martial law and her political stance, referencing the recent political climate in South Korea.

In response to the allegations, Kim Eana clarified, "I have never visited Ilbe, and I still do not know if the source of those terms is from there. I am one of the citizens who has been angry since the moment martial law was declared."
