Kim Dae-ho's Slip of the Tongue Leads to Unexpected Fatherhood Joke

On January 16, during the broadcast of MBC's 구해줘 홈즈 (Save Me Home), announcer Kim Dae-ho found himself humorously labeled as a father due to a slip of the tongue. The episode featured actors Park Sung-woong and Lee Soo-kyung as they explored properties in Chungju. One of the properties showcased was a billiard hall located in Hoam-dong, which operates without staff and includes a self-service beverage bar, catching the attention of viewers.
Yang Se-hyung explained, 'Originally one unit, they connected two shops to create this billiard hall. Hoam-dong has a great location and commercial viability, reportedly generating a monthly income of around 3 million won.' Park Sung-woong responded positively, noting, 'With it being unmanned, you don’t need to hire part-time workers,' while Lee Soo-kyung added, 'Since it’s unmanned, I could manage two jobs.'
Kim Sook chimed in, suggesting that many fathers dream of starting a business after retirement, leading the panel to list various fatherly aspirations, from fishing supply stores to screen golf and LP bars. In a light-hearted moment, Kim Dae-ho shared his dream of opening a vivarium shop, saying, 'I want my hobby to become my job.' This prompted Park Na-rae to question why he was discussing fatherly dreams when he wasn’t a father yet.
Kim Dae-ho candidly replied, 'I want to do that in the future,' which led Yang Se-chan to jokingly ask if he was preparing to become a father. Park Sung-woong then inquired if he was married, to which Park Na-rae teased, 'He’s not, but he’s preparing to be a father.' In a humorous twist, Kim Dae-ho quickly dismissed the notion, saying, 'We were just talking about hobbies.'
