KBS Joy's 'Dear. M' Premieres Today Amid Controversy
The highly anticipated drama 'Dear. M' (디어엠), which faced delays due to bullying allegations against actress Park Hae-soo (박혜수), is set to air its first episode today, April 14, on KBS Joy. This new Monday-Tuesday series, written by Lee Seul (이슬) and directed by Park Jin-woo (박진우) and Seo Joo-wan (서주완), is a raw and unfiltered portrayal of youth, love, friendship, and mystery set against the backdrop of Seoyeon University.
'Dear. M' expands the universe of the beloved web drama 'Love Playlist' (연애플레이리스트) by Lee Seul, showcasing the authentic lives and love stories of young adults without any filters or edits. The show features characters from 'Love Playlist' Season 4, including the popular 'Magnet Couple' portrayed by NCT's Jung Jae-hyun (정재현) and rookie actress Noh Jung-ui (노정의), raising excitement among fans.
The cast includes a vibrant lineup of six actors: Park Hae-soo as the innocent 'Mojamo' (마주아), Jung Jae-hyun as the supportive friend Cha Min-ho (차민호), Noh Jung-ui as the campus queen Seo Ji-min (서지민), and Bae Hyun-sung (배현성) as the sweet romantic Park Ha-neul (박하늘).
