Kaylee Leaves Girl Group VCHA

On July 12, 2025, JYP Entertainment announced that Kaylee (케일리) has decided to leave the girl group VCHA (비춰). The company stated, "JYP America and Kaylee have mutually agreed to conclude her activities with VCHA after thorough discussions. We sincerely wish each other the best for the future."
VCHA is a six-member girl group formed through the American audition project 'A2K (America2Korea)', which aired in 2023. The group officially debuted in January 2024, produced in collaboration with JYP and Universal Music's Republic Records.
This news follows the departure of another member, KG (케이지), who announced her exit via social media in December 2024 and has since filed a lawsuit against JYP for contract termination. With Kaylee's exit, VCHA faces significant changes in its lineup.
Here is the official statement from JYP:
"JYP America and Kaylee have mutually agreed to part ways as she concludes her journey with VCHA. Both parties sincerely wish each other all the best in their future endeavors. Thank you."
