The girl group KATSEYE (캣츠아이), a collaboration between HYBE and Geffen Records, is creating a global sensation starting from the largest pop market, the United States. According to Spotify's official social media on May 7, KATSEYE's digital single 'Gnarly' debuted at number one on the U.S. 'Top Songs Debut' chart and secured the second spot globally for the period of May 2-4. This chart features new releases from global pop icons like Maroon 5 and Ed Sheeran, showcasing KATSEYE's impressive presence as a newcomer.

Released on April 30, 'Gnarly' surpassed 1 million streams on Spotify within just 18 hours, marking the beginning of its popularity. It made its first entry into Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs Global' chart at number 91 on May 2, climbing steadily to 74 on May 4, 63 on May 5, and reaching 45 on May 6.
