Kang So-ra Excited for 'I'm Sunny Thank You' Reunion Show

Actress Kang So-ra has expressed her excitement about participating in the upcoming MBC variety show 'I'm Sunny Thank You,' which premieres on July 5. The show reunites the cast of the iconic film 'Sunny,' which attracted 7.45 million viewers and has become a defining youth film of its time. Known as the 'Sunnyz,' the cast will embark on a journey to rediscover the value of their friendships, promising a blend of humor and heartfelt moments as they share their real-life experiences beyond the screen.

As a member of the Sunnyz, Kang So-ra will also serve as a studio MC, vividly recounting the adventures of their reunion. Reflecting on her participation, she remarked, "I couldn't believe we were actually doing this after 14 years since the film's release. I had hoped for a variety show or spin-off themed around 'Sunny,' so it’s both surprising and delightful to see it come to life."
