Jungkook of BTS Sends Heartfelt Message to Fans

On February 15, Jungkook (정국) of BTS (방탄소년단) reached out to fans through the fan communication platform Weverse, asking, "Are ARMYs doing well?" He expressed his feelings about the fluctuating weather, saying, "It seems like the weather is warming up, but then it gets cold again, almost reflecting my own heart. Today feels particularly dreary. Although it’s still a ways off, I feel like I’m becoming more self-aware these days."

Jungkook continued, "It’s a night filled with many thoughts. Sometimes, I imagine capturing a photo of myself with ARMYs in my mind. The smile that spreads across my face in that moment brings me joy. However, there are times when I wonder if it’s just imagination. I will, of course, build even more beautiful memories, which means I need to put in the effort."

He reassured fans, saying, "I never forget that you are the ones holding the pencil that writes my story. I know what I need to do, but I still feel a bit anxious and excited. Writing this helps me not to dwell too much in my thoughts."

In closing, Jungkook shared, "I just want you to know that I think about you all a lot. I don’t wish for anything else. Thank you for reading this. I miss you today as well and am still waiting for you. Please take care of your health, everyone."

Jungkook enlisted in the military in December 2023 and is currently serving in the Army, with plans to be discharged in June 2025.
