Jung Woo-sung's Complicated Love Life Comes to Light After 12 Years

Actor Jung Woo-sung (51) has recently become a father to a child with model Moon Ga-bi (35), without being married, which has reignited interest in his tumultuous romantic history.

On November 24, Jung Woo-sung's agency confirmed that he is the biological father of the child born to Moon Ga-bi. The agency stated, "The child that Moon Ga-bi revealed on social media is indeed Jung Woo-sung's. We are currently discussing the best approach for co-parenting. As a father, he will take full responsibility for the child." They also clarified that the couple is not planning to marry and refrained from commenting on the status of their relationship.

Reports indicate that Jung Woo-sung and Moon Ga-bi first met at a gathering in 2022 and grew closer, with Moon Ga-bi reportedly becoming pregnant in June of the following year.

Recently, Jung Woo-sung was also linked to actress Shin Hyun-bin, but he quickly denied those rumors. However, he has officially acknowledged his paternity, drawing attention as it marks the first time he has confirmed a personal relationship in about 12 years.

The last time Jung Woo-sung publicly acknowledged a romantic relationship was with actress Lee Ji-ah, which became known in March 2011. The two met while filming SBS's "Athena: Goddess of War," and their relationship was confirmed after photos of them on a date in Paris surfaced.

Despite the silence from both parties' agencies, Jung Woo-sung took to social media to clarify, stating, "I have started spending enjoyable time with a new friend since the drama ended."

However, the situation took a dramatic turn when it was revealed that Lee Ji-ah had secretly married and divorced singer Seo Taiji (42), shocking the public who were unaware of her previous marriage. Following this revelation, Jung Woo-sung and Lee Ji-ah ended their relationship just three months after it became public.

Before this, Jung Woo-sung had a public relationship with an older woman during his early career. In 2004, he expressed his feelings online, saying, "I feel sorry for making my girlfriend wait for nine years," and mentioned that they had become very comfortable with each other.

On November 9, he was again rumored to be dating Shin Hyun-bin, but his agency firmly denied these claims.
