Actor Jung Woo-sung has clarified the controversy regarding his child born out of wedlock. Reports suggest that his relationship with model Moon Ga-bi began during a brief separation from his long-term partner, asserting that he did not cheat. On the December 13 episode of tvN's Freehan Doctor (프리한 닥터), Sports World reporter Choi Jeong-ah stated, "There is a lot of misinformation regarding Jung Woo-sung's relationship. The woman in the candid photo with him is not his girlfriend. The criticism stems from the question of how he could be involved with Moon Ga-bi while having a partner, but according to acquaintances, he met Moon Ga-bi during a time when he was briefly apart from his girlfriend." Choi further explained that Jung Woo-sung's long-term partner was aware of Moon Ga-bi's pregnancy for some time and is not feeling betrayed, but rather concerned for Jung. Previously, in November, Jung Woo-sung acknowledged that he is the father of the son born to Moon Ga-bi, stating, "I will take full responsibility as a father." However, he has since faced various rumors and scandals regarding his romantic life. At the recent Blue Dragon Film Awards (청룡영화상), he expressed his apologies, saying, "I am sorry for disappointing those who have shown me love and support.
