Jung Kyung-ho Expresses Enduring Love for Soo-young on 'Choi Hwa-jung and Kim Ho-young's I Missed You'

In the latest episode of ENA's variety show 'Choi Hwa-jung and Kim Ho-young's I Missed You,' aired on May 18, 2025, actor Jung Kyung-ho openly shared his unwavering affection for his girlfriend, Soo-young. During the 11th episode, Jung Kyung-ho was joined by hosts Choi Hwa-jung and Kim Ho-young, along with a surprise guest, his long-time friend Yeon Je-woong, as they enjoyed a delightful meal together.

Kim Ho-young playfully revealed, "Our Kyung-ho is famous for pulling out wine from his backpack in the past," and inquired about rumors suggesting that he traveled to Japan for the sake of alcohol. A flustered Jung Kyung-ho clarified, "I only pulled out wine once or twice," but admitted, "I went to Japan because the beer was delicious, traveling from Hokkaido to Okinawa, and I only drank draft beer while visiting breweries."

Curious about Jung Kyung-ho's sweet demeanor, Choi Hwa-jung remarked, "He must take after someone. His father (director Jung Geun-young) was quite intimidating on set, like a tiger. But it seems he is caring at home like Kyung-ho." When asked how long he has been dating Soo-young, Jung Kyung-ho proudly stated, "We have been in a relationship for 14 years." Choi Hwa-jung was astonished, exclaiming, "Isn't this something that should be in the Guinness Book of Records?" Currently, Jung Kyung-ho and Soo-young have been together since 2012, maintaining a strong bond over the years.

Choi Hwa-jung expressed her surprise, noting that long-term relationships often end, while Jung Kyung-ho reflected, "Time really flies. It’s been 14 years since Soo-young started filming the drama 'Please Drink Responsibly,'" subtly promoting her current project.

Kim Ho-young chimed in, mentioning his cameo as a shaman in the drama featuring Soo-young, and asked if they often discuss their work. Jung Kyung-ho responded, "We talk so much about work outside that when we meet for meals, we really just share our daily lives."

Choi Hwa-jung then asked if he ever compliments Soo-young on her success in 'Crash Course in Romance,' to which Jung Kyung-ho humorously replied, "Why wouldn’t I? I do!" He also took the opportunity to promote 'Please Drink Responsibly,' stating, "It turned out beautifully, so please show it some love."

Notably, Jung Kyung-ho mentioned that Soo-young chose her role in the drama partly because of him, drawing attention.

Meanwhile, Yeon Je-woong affectionately referred to Soo-young as 'CEO' during their meetings, explaining, "I played her secretary in the drama 'Run On.' Since we’ve known each other for a long time, it’s easy to discuss acting, and when we meet privately, I jokingly say, 'Oh, the CEO has arrived.' It’s fun, so I always call her that."
