In the latest episode of tvN's weekend drama 'Love is a One-Lane Bridge' (사랑은 외나무다리에서), which aired on December 14, 2024, Joo Ji-hoon (주지훈) and Jung Yu-mi (정유미) officially embarked on a romantic relationship.

The scene featured Seok Ji-won (주지훈) and Yoon Ji-won (정유미) gazing at a blossoming tree. Seok Ji-won remarked, 'I remembered that night,' but Yoon Ji-won interrupted, expressing her frustration with, 'That tree has really lost it.'

Seok Ji-won continued, 'I recalled that night. The cold I caught, it was from you, right?' Yoon Ji-won retorted, 'Whether you remember or not, what’s the big deal? Just say I stepped in something unpleasant and let’s forget it. Let’s pretend it never happened. I’ll do that for you. I don’t want to talk about it anymore,' as she attempted to leave.

However, Seok Ji-won insisted, 'We should date,' to which Yoon Ji-won vehemently disagreed, saying, 'What a terrible thing to say. How could we possibly date? Does that even make sense?' Despite her strong denial, Seok Ji-won declared, 'A bet is a bet,' and stepped closer to her. He whispered, 'From today, we’re officially a couple,' prompting Yoon Ji-won to scream in surprise.
