J-Hope Unveils New Single 'Killin’ It Girl' at Encore Concert

On June 13, J-Hope of BTS (방탄소년단) premiered his latest single 'Killin’ It Girl' during the first day of his encore concert 'HOPE ON THE STAGE FANAL' held at the Goyang Sports Complex in Ilsan. The concert, which took place on June 13 and 14, attracted an audience of 54,000 fans.

The new track, released at 1 PM on the same day, was performed live for the first time, energizing the crowd. J-Hope also showcased his previous project songs 'MONA LISA' and 'Sweet Dreams', stating, "The performances you just saw started with 'Sweet Dreams', which was first revealed in Seoul, followed by 'MONA LISA', which debuted in Brooklyn, and finally, the much-anticipated 'Killin’ It Girl' that was released today."

He expressed his feelings about the performance, saying, "How was it? As an artist, I always feel there are parts of my performance that I wish I could improve. If you enjoyed it, that’s enough for me. Finally, 'Killin’ It Girl' is here. This song doesn’t need a grand explanation; it’s a showcase of my sexy side and performance style."

J-Hope elaborated on the theme of his three singles released this year, including 'Sweet Dreams', 'MONA LISA', and 'Killin’ It Girl', all centered around the concept of love, approached in his unique way for easy listening. He aimed to create a strong narrative arc throughout the singles, stating, "With 'Killin’ It Girl', I wanted to present everything in a powerful and intense manner."

He concluded by asking for love and support for 'Killin’ It Girl', expressing his gratitude for the song's release on such a meaningful day, June 13. "I am truly honored and overwhelmed. I hope you enjoy it!"
