J-Hope Talks BTS Album Plans on 'My Unfamiliar Family'

On June 14, during the MBC variety show My Unfamiliar Family (전지적 참견 시점), J-Hope of BTS (방탄소년단) discussed the group's upcoming album. The episode featured behind-the-scenes footage from his world tour concert in Bangkok. J-Hope expressed his desire to appear on the show, stating, "I watched it while in the military. Every time it re-aired, I thought I must come on once I get discharged."
Having recently returned to Korea after an extensive overseas tour, J-Hope mentioned the countries he visited, including North America, Mexico, South America, Asia, and Japan. He remarked, "It’s an honor just to be on tour."
With all members except Suga having completed their military service, J-Hope shared his excitement and slight apprehension about reuniting, saying, "I’m worried about how well we’ll mesh together. But since we’ve been active for so long, I think we’ll have a lot of fun and laugh together."
He also hinted at future plans, saying, "I think we’ll gather soon to discuss the album. We’re trying to prepare as quickly as possible. Since BTS is also about performances, I believe we’ll start preparing for a world tour as well."
When asked by Lee Young-ja about his experiences with in-flight meals, J-Hope, being Korean, mentioned his preference for bulgogi wraps and instant noodles served as snacks. He also recalled a memorable meal from Emirates Airlines, stating, "In first class, it felt like a private room. The food was really delicious."
