J-Hope of BTS to Release New Single 'MONA LISA' Today

J-Hope (제이홉) of BTS (방탄소년단) is set to unveil his latest single 'MONA LISA' today at 1 PM KST. This marks his second digital single of the year, following the release of 'Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)' just two weeks ago.

Ahead of the release, J-Hope described 'MONA LISA' as a performance track that he has been eagerly preparing for his fans, known as ARMY. He expressed his excitement, stating, "I wanted to create a gift-like experience for those who enjoy performances. I am also very thrilled about it."

He highlighted the song's playful lyrics, saying, "There are many witty lines that make it easy and fun to listen to. The track includes various sound effects that add a humorous touch. I think listeners will enjoy discovering those elements."

J-Hope shared that his involvement in the song's production made it particularly meaningful for him. "When I first heard the song, I thought it was fantastic but felt it might be challenging for me to perform. However, while working in Los Angeles, I was able to adjust it to fit my style, and surprisingly, it worked really well. I was satisfied with how the overall visuals came together."

He concluded by expressing gratitude to his fans, saying, "This song went through multiple revisions to reach its final form. I wanted to show a different side of J-Hope.
