Jeon Hyun-moo Reveals He Gave 2.2 Million Won at Jo Se-ho's Wedding

On December 15, during the KBS2 show 'Boss's Ears Are Donkeys' (사장님 귀는 당나귀 귀), broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo disclosed that he contributed 2.2 million won at Jo Se-ho's wedding. The episode featured a meeting between Park Myung-soo, Kim Kyung-jin, and his wife Jeon Soo-min.
Kim Kyung-jin sought real estate advice from Park Myung-soo, revealing that despite owning four properties, he was in a dire financial situation with a debt of 1.4 billion won. His excessive investments had left him struggling to cover living expenses, leading to conflicts with his wife, Jeon Soo-min.
When asked about his recent activities, Kim Kyung-jin mentioned that he has been attending various events like first birthdays, weddings, and 70th birthday celebrations during his downtime from broadcasting. He confronted Park Myung-soo about his absence at his wedding, to which Park Myung-soo claimed he was busy with 'Infinite Challenge' (무한도전) at the time. However, it was later revealed that the timelines did not match, making Park's excuse questionable.
Park Myung-soo admitted to giving 500,000 won at Kim Kyung-jin's wedding but stated he contributed 1 million won at Jo Se-ho's wedding, justifying that 500,000 won four years ago is equivalent to 1 million won today. This explanation did not hold up.
Watching the footage in the studio, Jeon Hyun-moo chimed in, saying he also contributed 2.2 million won at Jo Se-ho's wedding, initially planning to give 1 million won. He humorously noted that he doesn't usually give that much. Feeling embarrassed, Park Myung-soo offered to give 1 million won at Jeon Hyun-moo's wedding and suggested he would increase his contributions by 1 million won for each program appearance.
In a previous broadcast, Jeon Hyun-moo's income was estimated to be between 3 billion and 4 billion won, considering his various programs, advertisements, and events.
