Jannabi's Choi Jeong-hoon Touches Hearts with Thoughtful Gesture on Radio Star

On May 21, MBC's 'Radio Star' featured a special episode titled 'Ultimate Champion' with Jannabi's Choi Jeong-hoon as a guest. During the show, he surprised everyone by preparing handwritten letters for the MCs and fellow guests. Choi Jeong-hoon also shared that he has collaborated with aespa's Karina on a new song titled 'In the Name of Love.'

He discussed how the changing seasons influence his performances, stating, "I have many songs related to the seasons." When asked about the long title of his song, he humorously replied, "I'm a fan of Sanullim," referring to the iconic Korean band.

Choi Jeong-hoon mentioned that he holds the record for the second-longest song title in Korea, with a 42-character title: 'Did We Love? Was It Just a Fleeting Connection? The Time We Spent Together Is Not Short, Yet It Keeps Capturing My Heart.' He explained that the original title was simply 'Did We Love?' but felt it lacked impact, leading to the longer version.

He also revealed that his older brother manages him, joking about their frequent arguments but admitting he generally listens to his brother's advice, even recalling a time he got hit.

Choi Jeong-hoon attributed his ability to write good lyrics to his love for reading, particularly poetry. He mentioned carrying around a poetry collection by author Han Kang while preparing for his album, highlighting his dedication to his craft.
