izna's Journey to Their First MAMA Awards Unveiled by Mnet Plus

Mnet Plus, a global K-POP platform, is set to showcase the debut journey of the group izna (이즈나) as they make their first appearance at the MAMA Awards. Following the successful conclusion of the 2024 MAMA AWARDS, which garnered immense global attention, Mnet Plus announced the release of original content titled 'MY FIRST MAMA - izna: The Beginning' (마이 퍼스트 마마 - 이즈나 : 더 비기닝). This series captures the excitement and challenges faced by izna, comprised of members Mai (마이), Bang Ji-min (방지민), Yoon Ji-yoon (윤지윤), Coco (코코), Yoo Sa-rang (유사랑), Choi Jeong-eun (최정은), and Jeong Se-bi (정세비), during their debut performance.
The 'MY FIRST MAMA' series highlights the experiences of rookie K-POP artists at the MAMA AWARDS, a stage often regarded as a dream for many. This year, izna made a significant impact as a promising new act. Their performance at the first day of the 2024 MAMA AWARDS at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka included the signal song from Mnet's girl group survival show 'I-LAND 2', along with pre-releases from their debut album, 'IZNA' and 'TIMEBOMB'. The stage was designed to reflect their journey towards achieving their dreams, captivating K-POP fans worldwide.
Ahead of the series premiere, a teaser video showcasing the candid and excited moments of the seven girls as izna has drawn attention. 'MY FIRST MAMA - izna: The Beginning' will delve into the preparation process for the 2024 MAMA AWARDS, featuring behind-the-scenes footage from rehearsals, vibrant backstage moments, and a special outing for the members the day after the awards. This content promises to deliver both heartfelt emotions and entertainment.
The two-part series will debut on December 19 at 6 PM KST on Mnet Plus, with the second episode scheduled for December 26 at 6 PM KST.
