IVE Dominates TikTok and YouTube Charts with New Releases

The K-pop group IVE is currently enjoying immense popularity among short-form video users. According to the TikTok Music Chart, as of February 18, their pre-release track 'REBEL HEART' has claimed the top spot on the 'Viral 50' chart, while their title track 'ATTITUDE' sits at number three. Additionally, on the 'Top 50' chart dated February 13, 'REBEL HEART' reached fourth place and 'ATTITUDE' came in at eighth.

IVE is also making waves on YouTube, where both 'REBEL HEART' and 'ATTITUDE' secured the first and second positions, respectively, on the Korean weekly chart for popular songs from February 7 to February 13.

On February 16, 'REBEL HEART' topped the YouTube Korean daily SHORTS chart, with 'ATTITUDE' following in third place. The new album's track 'FLU' also made an impressive entry at eighth place, contributing to IVE's rise to the top of the YouTube Korean weekly popular artist chart for the same period.

The success of 'REBEL HEART' and 'ATTITUDE' can be attributed to various new song challenges that have captivated TikTok and YouTube users. The dance challenge for 'REBEL HEART' features intuitive choreography, where participants create half hearts with their hands during the lyrics "Love me" and then punch the air during "Hate me." Numerous artists, including Yoo Jae-suk, Jo Se-ho, aespa's Karina, ZEROBASEONE's Han Yujin, NCT WISH's Sion, GOT7's Mark, and Jin-young, have joined in on the challenge, fueling the 'REBEL HEART' craze.

Moreover, a 'band challenge' has emerged, where various bands reinterpret the chorus of 'REBEL HEART,' adding to the enjoyment of the new track. Bands like Sooran, 10CM, Jung Se-woon, Yudabin Band, Daybreak, TOUCHED, Dragon Pony, and LUCY have participated in this creative endeavor.

For 'ATTITUDE,' diverse challenges utilizing key choreography, such as the 'Wonyoung Turn' and 'Wiper Dance,' have gained popularity. Notably, the 'Raging Guinea Pig' part, where Rei and the members showcase time-lagged choreography during the second chorus, has recently surged in popularity, driving explosive engagement.

Released on February 3, IVE's third mini-album 'IVE EMPATHY' features six tracks, including the double title songs 'REBEL HEART' and 'ATTITUDE,' along with 'FLU,' 'You Wanna Cry,' 'Thank U,' and 'TKO.' With this release, IVE has achieved a remarkable record of five consecutive million-seller albums and twelve music show wins, while 'REBEL HEART' has also achieved a 'Perfect All-Kill' on domestic music charts, marking a successful comeback.

After concluding their promotional activities for 'IVE EMPATHY' on SBS's Inkigayo on February 16, IVE plans to continue engaging with fans through various activities in the future.
