INFINITE's Sungkyu Shares Challenges of Being a Company Leader

On March 7, INFINITE's leader and company representative, Kim Sungkyu, opened up about the challenges he faces in managing his own agency during an episode of the YouTube channel 집대성. The full group of INFINITE appeared as guests, showcasing their lively banter. Recently, they made a comeback with their eighth mini-album, 'LIKE INFINITE', and expressed their gratitude towards Sungkyu. Member Lee Sungjong remarked, "We are lucky to have Sungkyu as our leader. His sense of responsibility is truly remarkable." Dongwoo added, "He even built our company building and studio, and he covers the staff's salaries himself." Sungkyu humbly responded, "It sounds grand, but it's just a basement practice room, and we have only a few employees." Lee Sungyeol shared a touching story about how Sungkyu generously distributed his tax refund among the members, stating, "He felt sorry for us and gave us a larger share." The members revealed that the revenue split is 90% for the artists and 10% for the company, emphasizing that the company takes very little. When asked about the contract duration, Sungkyu mentioned, "We started without a contract, but I would like to change that. It's been tough to maintain everything, like rent and salaries. If the members notice I'm struggling, I hope they can help out after this tour." His candid remarks brought laughter to the group.
