Im Young Woong Donates 1.2 Billion Won from Charity Soccer Match

Singer Im Young Woong has once again demonstrated his commitment to philanthropy by donating the entire proceeds of 1.2 billion won from the 'Hana Bank Charity Soccer Tournament.' The event took place on October 12 at the Daejeon World Cup Stadium and featured a star-studded lineup, including legendary South Korean footballer Ki Sung-yueng, along with other current and former professional players such as Lee Chung-yong, Park Joo-ho, Jo Won-hee, and Kim Young-kwang, as well as popular YouTubers Gamst and Malwang.
Im Young Woong captained 'Team Hero' during the match, contributing with an assist. The event attracted over 35,000 spectators, uniting football fans and members of his fan club, 'Hero Era,' to spread messages of love and sharing.
In his commitment to support vulnerable communities, Im Young Woong pledged that all proceeds from the ticket sales would be donated to World Vision and the Community Chest of Korea, ensuring that the funds reach those in need.
As he continues to fulfill his promises to fans and engage in charitable activities, Im Young Woong is making a significant positive impact on society. He is also set to hold his concert 'Im Young Woong Recital (RE:CITAL)' at Gocheok Sky Dome from December 27 to 29 and January 2 to 4, where he will create more special memories with his fans.
