Hyun Bin Transforms into a Loving Husband on '짠한형'

In a recent episode of the YouTube show '짠한형', Hyun Bin showcased a lighter side of himself after enjoying a few drinks, playfully referring to his wife Son Ye-jin as "중전마마" (Queen Mother), which brought laughter to the audience. The episode, titled 'Hyun Bin, Jeon Yeo-bin, Park Jung-min, Park Hoon {짠한형} EP. 73: Hyun Bin Joins! Jung Ho-cheol Exits?! A New Beginning Starts Today,' was released on December 23.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin first collaborated in the 2018 film 'Negotiation' and later in the 2019 hit drama 'Crash Landing on You,' where their on-screen chemistry blossomed into a real-life romance. The couple tied the knot in March 2022 and welcomed a healthy baby boy in November of the same year.

During the show, host Shin Dong-yup reminisced about Hyun Bin's impressive portrayal of North Korean dialect in 'Crash Landing on You' and inquired about how he met Son Ye-jin. Hyun Bin shared that they first met during the filming of 'Negotiation,' noting that they worked in the same building but on different floors, which made their eventual collaboration in 'Crash Landing on You' even more special.

Reflecting on his marriage, Hyun Bin expressed, "I never expected my life to change this much. I feel like as a man, I am gradually becoming more mature with each stage—dating, marriage, and now fatherhood. My role seems to shift further back as I take on more responsibilities."

When asked about his son, Hyun Bin humorously stated, "My wife is the queen, and my son is the crown prince," eliciting laughter from the audience. He also mentioned that he believes their son resembles Son Ye-jin more, adding that he hopes their child inherits his wife's softer features.

As the episode concluded, Hyun Bin admitted it was his first time drinking on camera, and his slightly flushed face indicated he was enjoying himself. He also shared a light-hearted moment about their dog, who recently underwent surgery, calling out to Shin Dong-yup as "Animal Farm Uncle."
