Hyun Bin Talks About Fatherhood on 'You Quiz on the Block'

During the show, host Yoo Jae-suk praised Hyun Bin's presence, noting, "We sometimes see each other at the gym, and you always bring an edge to your workouts." Hyun Bin humorously responded, "You have an edge too," eliciting laughter from the audience.

This marked Hyun Bin's first talk show appearance in 13 years, following the conclusion of his hit drama Secret Garden. He expressed his discomfort with sharing personal stories, saying, "It's not easy for me to talk about myself, especially in front of so many cameras. I still wonder if I should be doing this."

Yoo Jae-suk inquired about Hyun Bin's wife, Son Ye-jin, to which he confirmed she is doing well. He shared a tip he received from her, mentioning, "She said there would be a lot of cameras here today." Hyun Bin also discussed his recent schedule, stating, "I've been exercising and spending a lot of time with my child. Today, I was worried because my child had a fever before coming to the recording."

When asked by fellow guest Jo Se-ho about his feelings when he sees his child, Hyun Bin replied, "It's hard to put into words. My child recently turned two years old." He added, "I think he resembles his mother more."
