Last year, it was reported that Hyun Bin listed his luxurious penthouse in Walkerhill Podoville, located in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, for 7 billion won. The couple had been residing in the artistic neighborhood of Guri, known for housing various celebrities, including singers Park Jin-young and Jo Sung-mo, and actress Park Ha-mi. They purchased their home for approximately 4.8 billion won in 2020, and if the sale goes through, they could see a profit of around 2.2 billion won.

Since their marriage in March 2022, the couple has enjoyed their newlywed life in this residence, welcoming their first son in November of the same year. However, they have decided to move after just two years.

Hyun Bin sold a high-end villa in Heukseok-dong for 4 billion won in 2021, gaining a profit of 1.3 billion won, and he purchased a multi-family house in Cheongdam-dong for 4.8 billion won in 2013, which is now valued at over 10 billion won.

Son Ye-jin is set to return to acting with her upcoming project, 'There’s Nothing You Can Do,' directed by Park Chan-wook, where she will star alongside Lee Byung-hun (이병헌), scheduled for release this fall.
