Hyukoh's Vocalist Oh Hyuk Ties the Knot with Model Hwang Ji Min

On December 14, 2024, Oh Hyuk, the lead vocalist of the band Hyukoh, married model Hwang Ji Min in a private ceremony held at a church in Seoul. The couple has been in a long-term relationship for over four years.

Rumors of their romance began circulating in 2020 when OSEN reported sightings of the two enjoying dates together in cafes around the Yeonnam-dong area of Mapo-gu, Seoul. Despite initial denials from Oh Hyuk's representatives, who claimed they were 'just friends,' the couple's relationship continued to develop.

As news of Oh Hyuk's marriage emerged, OSEN sought confirmation from his agency, Duru Duru Artist Company, regarding Hwang Ji Min's identity as his fiancée. However, the agency maintained a policy of non-disclosure, stating they could not comment on Oh Hyuk's spouse. When pressed about whether Hwang Ji Min was indeed the bride, they requested that no article be published on the matter.

Ultimately, the wedding took place quietly, attended only by family and close friends. Hwang Ji Min, known for her modeling career, previously appeared in the music video for 'One Plus One' by singer Somdef, where she gained attention for her collaboration with rapper Loco. Aside from this, she has not pursued further activities in the entertainment industry.

Oh Hyuk debuted in 2014 with Hyukoh's mini-album '20' and has since released numerous hits, including 'Wi Ing Wi Ing,' 'Wari Wari,' 'TOMBOY,' and 'LOVE YA.' He also gained popularity through his appearance on MBC's variety show 'Infinite Challenge' during the 'Yeongdong Expressway Music Festival' special.
