HYBE CEO Discusses BTS's Full Group Comeback Plans

On March 31, 2025, HYBE CEO Lee Jae-sang addressed the anticipated full group comeback of BTS (방탄소년단) during the company's annual shareholders' meeting held in Mapo-gu, Seoul. In response to inquiries about the ongoing Adore dispute, he stated, "I mentioned at last year's shareholders' meeting that it would take time, but we would respond to each issue based on principles. I believe we are starting to see results now."
With all BTS members expected to complete their military service by June, Lee noted, "The members are set to finish their service by the end of the first half of this year and will need time to prepare for their activities upon their return." He added, "While the company is in discussions with top-tier songwriters to prepare, it is essential for the artists to reflect and prepare as well. Typically, the process involves creating songs, releasing an album, and then going on tour. Given that BTS has already ascended to global stardom, we are continuously discussing their vision and future direction, which requires careful consideration and alignment."
Currently, Jin (진) and J-Hope (제이홉) have completed their military service and are actively participating in various activities, while RM (알엠), V (뷔), Jimin (지민), and Jungkook (정국) are set to be discharged in June, with Suga (슈가) also expected to be released from service that same month.
