Hwang Min-ho and Hwang Min-woo Celebrate New Overseas Fans on Superman Returns

In the latest episode of KBS2's entertainment show Superman Returns (슈퍼맨이 돌아왔다), aired on May 28, 2025, siblings Hwang Min-ho and Hwang Min-woo proudly shared that they have gained overseas fans. The episode featured Hwang Min-ho hosting his first home party with his elementary school classmates.

From the morning, the Hwang brothers were seen dancing enthusiastically at home. Hwang Min-ho mentioned, "Min-woo hyung has just released a new song. While I practiced the janggu in the morning, these days, I've been practicing choreography with him." The lively dance was to the song 'Burung' (부릉), which Hwang Min-woo wrote and composed himself. Their father joined in, creating a joyful atmosphere as the trio danced together.

The family enjoyed a meal of goat stew prepared by their mother while engaging in cheerful conversations. During this time, Hwang Min-woo boasted, "Since appearing on 'Superman Returns,' we've gained many overseas fans. We've received supportive messages from the USA, India, and the Philippines." Previously, the family had expressed their struggles with negative comments due to being a multicultural family, which resonated with viewers. In response, international fans sent messages of encouragement, saying, "Fighting!" Comedian Jang Dong-min also reassured Hwang Min-ho, saying, "If there are any more of those people, tell your uncle, and I'll give them a talking to."
