In the 40-second teaser, Hwang captivates viewers with his vibrant makeup and trendy denim outfit. He showcases his powerful vocals by passionately singing the highlight of '웃기는 소리 같겠지만', leaving fans eager for the full track.

This song marks Hwang's first foray into a strong band sound as a title track. The combination of his emotive voice and the dynamic band instrumentation creates a compelling listening experience. Notably, he premiered '웃기는 소리 같겠지만' during a recent solo concert, receiving an enthusiastic response from fans.

'ALL OF ME' is Hwang Chi Yeul's first full album in approximately six years, following 'The Four Seasons (더 포 시즌스)', released in 2019. True to its title, which translates to 'My Everything', Hwang has taken on the roles of producer and lyricist for all tracks, showcasing his musical talents.

The album 'ALL OF ME' is set to be released on February 27 at 6 PM across various music streaming platforms.

Yoo Ah-in (유아인), who was previously sentenced to a suspended prison term in an appeals court for habitual drug use, is now taking his case to the Supreme Court. On February 20, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office filed an appeal against the appellate court's decision that granted Yoo a one-year prison sentence, suspended for two years, along with a fine of 2 million won. This ruling was made by the 5th Criminal Division of the Seoul High Court on February 18, which found Yoo guilty of violating the Narcotics Control Act, smoking marijuana, and attempting to destroy evidence. The court noted that Yoo had suffered from long-term health issues and depression, which contributed to his actions. They acknowledged that he has made significant progress in overcoming his drug dependency and expressed a commitment to avoid reoffending. The court also considered his five months of detention and lack of prior offenses, stating that the original sentence was excessively harsh. Following this decision, Yoo was released from the Seoul Detention Center after five months in custody. Yoo Ah-in was charged last October for repeatedly using medical propofol under the guise of cosmetic procedures at hospitals in Seoul from September 2020 to March 2022, totaling 181 instances. In his final statement during the second trial in December, he expressed deep regret for disappointing his colleagues and supporters, acknowledging the pain he caused. He stated, 'I still struggle with shame and guilt, but I am grateful for the opportunity to reflect and will do my utmost to correct my mistakes. Latto)' all climbed the ranks in the 'Weekly Top Songs Global' chart for the period of February 14-20. They landed at 14th, 92nd, and 96th places, respectively. Additionally, the duet 'Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)' by V (뷔) and Park Hyo Shin is holding strong at 130th.

In the 'Weekly Top Albums Global' chart, both group and solo albums saw a rise in rankings. BTS's anthology album 'Proof', released in June 2022, and the repackaged album 'LOVE YOURSELF 結 'Answer'', released in 2018, climbed three and five spots to 48th and 181st, respectively. Mukbang YouTuber Tzuyang has come forward to share her experiences of secondary victimization. In an interview with JTBC News on February 21, she revealed that she suffered long-term abuse, violence, and sexual crimes at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, referred to as A. After this information became public, cyber bullies, including members of the group '구제역 카라큘라', began to extort money from her through threats. Additionally, the online platform '가로세로연구소' (Gaseyeon) forced her to disclose private details about her life that she wished to keep hidden.

As sensational and false rumors spread uncontrollably, Tzuyang felt compelled to reveal personal information she had wanted to keep private. "That was the hardest part for me. It was much more difficult than what I had previously endured. I really didn't want to disclose anything, but I had no choice when they started creating those rumors," she expressed.

Ultimately, Tzuyang decided to take legal action against the cyber bullies. On February 20, the court sentenced a member of 구제역 to three years in prison for extortion and threats, while another individual received a one-year prison sentence with a three-year probation. Those accused of aiding the extortion, including members of 카라큘라 and 크로커다일, were also sentenced to one year in prison with a three-year probation and a fine of 5 million won.

Despite these legal actions, false news about Tzuyang continues to circulate, with new allegations including claims of her being a Chinese spy and having political connections. Kim Se-hee from Gaseyeon claimed that this is not a small incident and involves various forces, including a supposed Chinese spy named Wang Haijun. In response, Tzuyang has also filed a lawsuit against Gaseyeon.

"I have never been to China and have nothing to do with it. I don’t even understand the political connections they are trying to make. They say I’m pretending to be a victim, and that the prosecutors are moving too quickly, implying I have some relationship with them. It feels like they just want to destroy me," she lamented.

On the morning of February 22, 2025, families of the victims of the tragic fire at the Banyan Tree Resort in Busan gathered to hold a press conference, calling for a thorough investigation and accountability for those responsible. The event was organized by the bereaved families in collaboration with the Busan Movement for a World Without Serious Accidents.

During the press conference, a representative of the families criticized a joint briefing held by the Busan city government on February 20, describing it as a mere attempt to deflect responsibility without addressing the concerns of the victims' families. He stated, "We can no longer tolerate the deceitful actions and indifference of the Busan city government and responsible agencies towards the bereaved families."

The representative further expressed outrage at the city’s comments during the briefing, where officials suggested that a memorial space would only be established if there were ten or more fatalities or thirty or more injuries, which he deemed disrespectful.

The families are demanding a comprehensive investigation into the incident, punishment for those responsible for the serious accident, preventive measures from the city and the construction companies involved, an official apology from the companies, the establishment of memorials, and adequate compensation and support for the bereaved families.

After the press conference, the families were allowed to enter the resort for the first time since the fire, which occurred nine days earlier. Previously, police had restricted their access to preserve the scene. Some family members were seen weeping as they embraced photographs of their loved ones at the site.

In a statement released nine days after the fire, the construction companies involved, Samjeong Corporation and Samjeong E&C, expressed their condolences, stating, "We sincerely apologize to the deceased, their families, and the injured. We also extend our heartfelt apologies to the public for the distress caused."

They added that their employees had visited the mourning sites to offer support and that the delay in their official apology was regrettable due to the ongoing investigation and recovery efforts.
