On December 31, Jay Seon shared the news on his social media, expressing his hope that their contribution would provide some assistance, and he offered condolences to the deceased. According to the details released, the couple donated the funds to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association to aid those affected by the Jeju Air incident. The accident occurred on December 29 at 9:07 AM when Jeju Air flight 7C2216 attempted to land at Muan International Airport but tragically crashed, colliding with the runway's outer wall. The government is currently focused on recovering the victims and identifying them, while also investigating the cause of the accident. A national mourning period has been declared for seven days, ending at midnight on January 4. As the nation mourns, support from the entertainment industry for the victims continues to grow.
