In response to the buzz surrounding his unfollowing, Justin later claimed that his account had been hacked, stating, 'Someone accessed my account and unfollowed my wife.'

In March of last year, Stephen Baldwin posted a message on social media asking for prayers for his daughter and son-in-law, which reportedly upset Hailey. Hailey and Justin, who were longtime friends, got engaged in July 2018 and secretly married in New York that September. They have faced health-related rumors in the past, which have concerned their fans. The couple welcomed their first child in August of last year.
