Gwangsoo and Soonja Become the Final Couple on 'I Am SOLO' Season 24

In the latest episode of the SBS Plus and ENA reality show 'I Am SOLO' (나는 솔로), which aired on February 26, 2025, Gwangsoo (광수) and Soonja (순자) emerged as the final couple of Season 24.

As the final selection approached, Youngho (영호) was the first to make his choice, stating, "I have a small treasure box in my heart, and there are only a few gems that can fit inside. I found 11 gems in Solo Nara, and I will choose the one that shines the brightest," ultimately selecting Youngja (영자). However, Youngja responded, "Let's continue to get to know each other. I'm really disappointed," and did not make a final selection. In an interview, she expressed, "It wasn't excitement. I could see he was a great person, which made it even more disappointing and I felt sorry."

Similarly, Jeongsook (정숙), Yeongsook (영숙), and Hyunsook (현숙) also chose not to make a final selection.

Next, Yeongsu (영수) expressed his feelings for Oksun (옥순), saying, "Getting to know you over the past five days has been meaningful. If we become a couple, I want to be the kind of man you can comfortably rest on, like a mattress at home." Yeongsik (영식) also chose Oksun, stating, "I want to create unforgettable memories in life. I will respect and support whatever choice you make, Oksun."

With both Yeongsu and Yeongsik selecting Oksun, Sangcheol (상철) followed suit, saying, "As always, I will go freestyle. It's not often you meet such attractive and talented individuals outside."

When it was Oksun's turn, she declared, "I came here looking for someone to be the father of my frozen eggs, but I didn't feel any romantic attraction to anyone. Therefore, I will not make a final selection." In her interview, she elaborated, "I tried my best. There were six of us, and I assessed each one, but I didn't find the person I was looking for. I want someone who is fun, comfortable, and gives me a sense of stability while also attracting me romantically."

Yeongcheol (영철) also did not make a final selection, while Gwangsoo chose Soonja. Soonja explained her choice, saying, "I was worried about being a vegetarian, and I thought no one would choose me in the end. I found someone who could understand my quirks and I also looked for their unique traits."

Thus, Gwangsoo and Soonja became the only couple from 'Solo Nara 24.' Soonja shared, "There are definitely parts that match well, and the concerns I have can be addressed as we get to know each other. When I pressed him, he said, 'Yes, I like you, and this won't happen again,' which I found cute."

Gwangsoo then held Soonja's hand tightly, stating, "When we resolve misunderstandings, communicating is similar, and I think the crises we faced actually strengthened our final outcome. I will do my best. Let's take care of each other. I love you."
