GOT7 to Make Full Group Comeback in January 2024 After Nearly Three Years

GOT7 is set to reunite as a full group for a comeback in January 2024, marking their first return in nearly three years. According to recent reports, the members are currently in the process of preparing for their comeback, which includes recording new music. While the exact release date is still under discussion, insiders suggest that the album is likely to drop by the end of January. The group plans to finalize their schedule in December and will begin releasing teasers to officially kick off their full group activities.

Since their debut in 2014, GOT7 has released numerous hit songs such as 'A', 'Just Right', 'Lullaby', and 'Hard Carry', earning a dedicated fanbase and widespread acclaim. After their contract with JYP Entertainment ended in 2021, the members pursued individual paths with different agencies, but they have consistently expressed their commitment to remaining a team.

In May 2022, GOT7 made their first comeback after the agency transition with the mini-album 'GOT7'. Now, with members JAY B and JinYoung having completed their military service, the group is gearing up for another full group return. Members Jackson and Mark, who primarily work overseas, have recently returned to South Korea to participate in the recording process.

Ahead of their comeback, the members are focusing on their individual projects. JAY B released his first solo album 'Archive 1: [Road Runner]' on November 27, while JinYoung made his first public appearance post-military service at the 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards on November 29. Yugyeom is currently on a domestic and international tour following the release of his first solo album 'TRUST ME' earlier this year, and he is also serving as a producer on SBS's global boy group audition program 'Universe League'. BamBam has gained global popularity with his third mini-album 'BAMESIS', and he has been actively participating in various entertainment shows. Meanwhile, Youngjae recently completed his Asia tour and fan meeting in Japan and has stepped down from his role as DJ on MBC FM4U's 'Youngjae's Close Friend', continuing to engage with global fans in new ways.
