Gold Saerok Expresses Her Feelings to Kim Jung Hyun in 'Iron Family'

In the latest episode of KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Iron Family' (다리미 패밀리), which aired on December 14, Gold Saerok (금새록) portrayed a heartfelt moment as she expressed her feelings to Kim Jung Hyun (김정현).

The episode featured a dramatic scene where Man Deuk (박인환) collapsed after discovering that money was missing from under his bed. His unconscious state prompted Da Rim (금새록) to break down in tears, fearing for the well-being of her mother and grandmother.

Earlier, Da Rim had visited Ji Yeon (김혜은) to take money in exchange for covering up her family's crimes. However, under the persuasion of Kang Joo (김정현), they pretended to be in a romantic relationship to deceive Ji Yeon, while Kang Joo secretly buried the money back on Ji Yeon's land.

After regaining consciousness, Man Deuk expressed his worries to Gil Rae (김영옥) and Bong Hee (박지영), saying, "There’s no money under the bed. What are we going to do?" This prompted the two to check the house, where they found the money still there.

Overhearing their conversation, Da Rim called Kang Joo to ask what had happened. Kang Joo revealed his fears, saying, "Your grandfather, grandmother, and mother are all in danger. If everything goes wrong, you won't survive either. What will happen to me, the one who took the money?"

Touched by his words, Da Rim responded, "I knew your grandfather's money was there, so I’m okay now," and kissed Kang Joo on the cheek, leaving him startled. When he asked her to express her feelings verbally, Da Rim admitted, "I feel embarrassed to say thank you."

Kang Joo, hoping for another kiss, approached her, but Da Rim playfully turned away, saying, "I’m not embarrassed; I’m not in love with you."

Meanwhile, Cha Tae Woong (최태준) entered the company and home of Ji Seung Don (신현준) at his request, which left Kang Joo feeling disappointed in Ji Seung Don.

Kang Joo then proposed to Da Rim, saying, "Let’s make money together. You can work two jobs to pay off the debt, and I will start from the bottom to reclaim my father and find him for my mother." Da Rim agreed, saying, "I’m happy to make money with you."
