Go Hyun-jung Enjoys a Relaxing Day Out with Her Brother
On March 5, 2025, actress Go Hyun-jung shared a delightful moment spent with her younger brother on her personal social media account. She posted, "I had a short daytime date with my brother today. I was happy," along with several photos from their outing.
In the pictures, Go Hyun-jung sported a casual look, pairing a denim jacket with sweatpants as she strolled through the streets. The actress radiated a relaxed vibe and a joyful smile while enjoying her time with her brother. However, she humorously sighed at one of the photos taken by him, saying, "What a photo!" which brought laughter to her followers.
Go Hyun-jung married Shinsegae's Vice Chairman Lee Jung-jin in 1995 and welcomed a son in 1998 and a daughter in 2000. The couple divorced in 2003 after eight years of marriage. She made her acting comeback in 2005 with the drama Spring Days and has since starred in numerous successful series, including My Love, My Bride, Queen Seondeok, The Queen's Classroom, Dear My Friends, Return, Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho 2: Crime and Punishment, The Person Who Looks Like You, Mask Girl, and Namib.
Recently, Go Hyun-jung took a break from her activities due to health issues. She unexpectedly missed the press conference for Namib in December 2024, later updating fans, "Thanks to your concern, I am feeling much better. I can't express how much your warm words have lifted my spirits. I am still hospitalized but will recover quickly. Have a happy night!"
After being discharged in January 2025, she reassured her fans, saying, "I apologize for causing worry. I have recovered significantly. I can eat well now and meet close friends." She also mentioned, "I was surprisingly ill, but after successfully undergoing major surgery, I feel more alert. I will be careful and take good care of myself." It was reported that her younger brother played a significant role in caring for her during her recovery.
