Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon Expresses Joy Performing with Junior Artists at SM Town Live 2025

Hyoyeon of Girls' Generation (소녀시대) shared her excitement after performing alongside junior artists Giselle from aespa and Yangyang from NCT during the 'SM Town Live 2025 [The Culture, The Future] in Seoul' concert held on January 12 at the Gocheok Sky Dome. She expressed, "It was reassuring and fun to share the stage with Giselle and Yangyang."

This concert celebrated the 30th anniversary of SM Entertainment, showcasing the rich musical heritage the company has built over three decades, which laid the foundation for the global K-pop phenomenon. The event featured not only SM artists but also 25 trainees and artists from SM's affiliated labels, generating significant anticipation.

Since their debut in 2007, Girls' Generation has enjoyed immense popularity with hits like 'Into the New World' (다시 만난 세계), 'Gee' (지), 'Kissing You' (키싱유), 'Run Devil Run' (런 데빌 런), and many more. In 2023, they reunited as a full group for 'Forever 1', reaffirming their status as a top girl group. Their debut song 'Into the New World' has recently been recognized as a new folk song, further solidifying their legacy as one of K-pop's greatest girl groups.

In addition to her performance of the solo track 'Dessert', Hyoyeon also showcased a stage called 'Retro Romance'. She encouraged fans, saying, "There will be many more stages to come, so I hope you enjoy them until the end."
