The audience was briefly teased with a blackout, leading to expectations of the show starting soon, but instead, a music video for 'Power' played, causing frustration among fans.

Compounding the situation, attendees faced a sudden drop in temperature, forcing them to wait in the biting cold for G-Dragon's performance. The concert finally began around 7:43 PM, at which point G-Dragon expressed his regret for the delay, citing the cold weather as a contributing factor.
