She expressed concern that such misinformation could lead to real harm for others. 

The rise of scams impersonating celebrities and investment experts on social media platforms has become a significant issue, with many victims falling prey to fraudulent schemes promising investment advice in exchange for money. In March of last year, a group of celebrities held a press conference to address the growing problem of online phishing scams, urging online platforms and the government to take action. Notable figures such as Kim Mi-kyung, comedian Song Eun-i, and former Meritz Asset Management CEO John Lee participated, with a statement signed by 137 celebrities, including Yoo Jae-suk, Um Jung-hwa, and Kim Go-eun.

Actor Kim Kwang-kyu's recent surgery news has come to light during an episode of the show 'Tteun Tteun' aired on March 8, 2025. In the episode, host Yoo Jae-suk was surprised to see Kim Kwang-kyu enter with a large cushion, jokingly asking if he was selling it.
