While the poem, titled '불 안 끄고 침대 누움' (Lying in Bed Without Turning Off the Fire), was not explicitly about the martial law, many speculated that it was a veiled criticism of the sudden emergency measures taken by President Yoon. The unexpected act of liking the post by G-Dragon has sparked discussions about his dissatisfaction with the situation. On December 3, President Yoon announced the martial law in an emergency address to the nation at 10:25 PM. In response, the National Assembly convened at 1 AM on December 4, where a motion to lift the martial law was passed with 190 votes in favor. Subsequently, President Yoon announced the lifting of the martial law at 4:27 AM.
